As an Operations Support Associate at Polo Ralph Lauren, plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations in our retail stores. Responsible for various aspects in store from receiving deliveries, and processing the merchandise per company guidelines, to store recovery and supporting the needs of the selling floor. Operation Support Associates maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stock room, assists the sales floor personnel by completing stock checks and delivering merchandise, and support inventory levels on the sales floor and stock room per company guidelines.

This role must be adaptable to the needs of the business as some areas of responsibility may not be necessary in all locations and the percentage of time spent in each area may vary location to location. Operations Associates are the entry point for future Leadership roles within Ralph Lauren where you can begin to write your Next Great Chapter.

This position may be offered as full-time or part‑time, depending on candidate availability and business needs.

The Operations Support Associate is primarily a non-selling role; however, this can shift as business dictates. Inventory Management & Operations

• Process freight within specified Units per Hour goals, including markups/markdowns and EAS tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damages, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment
• Manage "Ship to Home" orders and store-to-store transfers
• Complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets
• Process retickets, create tags, and associate RFID tags
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels using company guidelines Customer Service & Sales Floor Support
• Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery
• Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs when on sales floor
