Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Compensation

Earn $18.00 Per Hour.

• Flexible and Full‑Time Schedules: 9:30 am – 6 pm weekdays, until 5 pm on weekends.

• Work independently at multiple locations.
• Assess customer storage needs and sell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Maintain customer payment status, make reminder and collection calls.

• Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 lb.
• Walk in and around facilities, outdoor environments, climb stairs and open large doors; spend up to 50 % of time outdoors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

Experience
:
Customer‑service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies).

Required to have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for traveling between work locations; mileage reimbursement available.
