Job Title: Security Officer

Pay Rate: $18.50-21/hr
Position Overview: Iron Rock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations at an industrial zone in Tinton Falls, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with First Responder Training. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fire code efforts, and maintain a safe environment for staff and clients.
Overnights and weekend shifts full time and part time.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular mobile patrols of the property
- Write clear incident and daily activity reports
- Maintain vehicle with help of maintenance
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately
- Previous security experience required
- Fire safety experience required
- Ability to change a tire with assistance
- Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Industrial or emergency services experience preferred
- $18.50 - 21/hour
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
