Fulfillment Specialist

Your essential position as a Fulfillment Specialist is the vital first link in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be the engine of our warehouse operations, ensuring every product is swiftly and accurately sent to our customer base. This role is a foundation for professional growth within a dedicated team, maintaining a high-performance, organized, and efficient distribution center.

• Take charge of picking, packing, and documenting customer orders using modern tablet and scanner technology.
• Ensure every item leaving the warehouse meets our standards—no missing pieces, no damaged goods.
• Maintain organized stock levels and keep the warehouse running efficiently.
• Quickly spot and correct any incorrect descriptions or stock numbers to prevent shipping errors.
• Maintain general maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of your work area.
• Adhere strictly to company safety procedures to protect yourself and teammates.

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with your team.
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, picking, or packing is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable using tablets, scanners, and warehouse management software.
• Basic understanding of warehouse policies, procedures, and inventory systems is a plus.

• Capable of completing various physical activities throughout the shift, including extended periods of walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
• Can safely move, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
