Receiving Associate

Overview

The Receiving Associate will be responsible for supporting the accurate and efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods. This employee will primarily assist in receiving inventory, transferring materials, prepping orders/shipments, and performing cycle counts.

• Move both raw materials and finished goods throughout the building in a timely manner
• Complete physical and virtual transfers of Paper Stock
• Assure each press has the materials needed for the day’s jobs
• Verify material and unload/load trucks as needed
• Receive material into inventory using EPMS
• Wrap, tag, and consolidate excess stock
• Perform spot counts or inventory reconciliations as needed
• Verify raw materials to be transferred between Warehouses according to the Warehouse transfer dashboard
• Manage paper inventory through Navigator and EPMS
• May be assigned additional duties as needed.

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is preferred.
• Related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs +
• Equipment experience a plus (Reach Truck, Clamp Truck, Forklift, Pallet Jack, Electric Jack)
• Ability to read/speak both Spanish and English a Plus
