Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + discretionary bonus

Our client, a cutting edge manufacturer in the Northern Dayton area, is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a high-impact accounting role where you’ll take ownership of the full close process and work directly with leadership in a small, growing manufacturing company. • Lead month‑end close and prepare financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed assets
• Support cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
• Coordinate with third‑party providers for audit and tax
• Utilize ERP system for accounting operations

• 5–10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or relevant experience)
• Background in small company or lean team environments is a plus
