As a CSR, you’re the first impression of our hospital — and a vital part of our clients’ experience. You’ll:
- Greet clients and welcome patients into the hospital
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle general inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Prepare for and assist with patient check‑ins and discharges
- Educate clients about treatments, services, and products
- Keep exam rooms and the lobby clean and welcoming
- Support marketing efforts for in‑lobby retail products
- Help manage emergencies according to hospital protocols
- Assist with special events and cross‑train in other roles as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Veterinary or animal care background (preferred)
- A positive, professional, and polished demeanor
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and grow through coaching
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Familiarity with Ezy Vet software is a plus
- Ability to uphold strict confidentiality with client and patient information
- Respectful, compassionate approach to both people and animals
You’ll be working in a busy, engaging environment with high client interaction and a fast pace. Tasks involve frequent interruptions, computer use, and exposure to cleaning chemicals (with proper PPE provided).
