Responsibilities- Support students with academic, behavioral, and functional needs
- Assist the teacher with implementation of IEP goals and classroom activities
- Provide support with daily living skills as needed
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
