Tipp City EVS is seeking dedicated and reliable Substitute Teachers (K–5th Grade) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Tipp City Exempted Village Schools
- Background Checks:
Completion and clearance of both FBI & BCI checks - Training:
Successful completion of 2 days of Tipp City EVS district-provided training - State of Ohio (ODE) Requirements:
- Must hold one of the following:
- Substitute Teaching License (1-year or 5-year)
- Pre-Service Teacher Permit (for students currently enrolled in an approved teacher preparation program)
- Apply for license/permit through the OH|m
- Pay all required state application/licensing fees
- Provide proof of high school diploma or higher education (based on eligibility option)
- Present a valid government‑issued photo
- Must hold one of the following:
- Option 1 – Age 25+:
High school diploma or equivalent required - Option 2 – Age 18+:
Must be currently enrolled in an Educator Preparation Program - Day 1:
Classroom Management & Student Engagement - Day 2:
Professional Standards, Safety Procedures, and Curriculum Orientation
