Responsibility within the organization for electronic hardware design, PCB layout and schematics, power supply design, testing & validation

Key skills:

• Hardware design
• Power electronics design
• Semantic or Cadence
• Onshore-offshore coordination

• Experience in low power drives, motor controls

• Strong communication to act bridge between client and offshore - cross functional team.

• Good understanding of Embedded system from hardware point of view

• Excellent interpersonal skills essential to working effectively in a team environment; must also be able to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, together with well-developed listening skills.

• Know-how of EMI / EMC measures in Drives & good understanding of Standards is a plus.

• Preparation of Schematic, simulation and analysis

• High power component selection

• Good know how of Product Development Life cycle
