We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join our team of Machine Operators. As a vital member of our distribution center, you'll monitor and operate an advanced automated material handling system, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy solving problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities- Manage the operation and fault correction of our state‑of‑the‑art automated material handling equipment.
- Use your problem‑solving skills to address and correct system material flow issues.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain the system by effectively managing and clearing products, packaging, and carrier material.
- One to two years in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a knack for understanding root causes.
- Basic understanding of mechanical operations.
- Clear and effective spoken communication skills.
- Ability to continuously walk, climb, and stand, and to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights of 80‑100 feet and adapting to temperature changes in a warehouse setting.
