Machine Operator - Tipp , OH; 2nd Shift

Join WITRON as a Machine Operator! WITRON is seeking motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our high‑performance warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will operate and monitor a state‑of‑the‑art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast‑paced distribution center environment.

• Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues
• Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks
• Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system
• Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime
• Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
• Effective verbal communication skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights up to 80–100 feet
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures

• Work includes time in cold storage and freezer environments (down to –10°F)
• Exposure to an industrial warehouse setting with automated systems
