Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

Freeman Coastal Construction is a licensed Florida General Contractor specializing in commercial and residential construction. We are expanding and looking for a motivated, self-driven Construction Estimator to help us grow our presence throughout Central Florida.

• Identify and bid commercial and residential construction opportunities
• Review blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Prepare accurate estimates and competitive proposals
• Build relationships with owners, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed
• Work closely with project management to ensure smooth project transitions

• Experience estimating construction projects
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Knowledge of Florida construction practices and building codes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

Projects located throughout Central Florida, with a primary focus on Brevard County and surrounding areas.
