Civil Works Contracting is seeking an experienced and Assistant Superintendent to oversee a construction project in Titusville, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Superintendent and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of managing complex construction projects.

• Quality Control:
  Manage the project's quality control plan, ensuring all work meets or exceeds project specifications, drawings, and industry standards. This includes conducting regular inspections, documenting findings, and coordinating with the project team to address any non-conforming work at the direction of the Superintendent.
• Supervision:
  Assist with all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project resources. Ensure the project stays on track, on budget, and is completed safely and efficiently.
• Safety:
  Cultivate a culture of safety on the job site. Enforce all safety regulations, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure all personnel are following proper safety procedures.
• Documentation:
  Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and progress reports.
• Communication:
  Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives. Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions.

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience on similar projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
