Level C position in Kennedy Space Center, FL.

• Disassemble systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes.
• Perform routine troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems, isolate faults and repair faulty components.
• Perform validation/verification testing of systems and components.
• Inspect components before installation or usage to verify cleanliness and serviceability.
• Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to specifications.
• Perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle (e.g., jacking, towing, system operations).

• 3+ years experience with spacecraft manufacturing, assembly, modification, and repair, with extensive knowledge of repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes and procedures.
• Experience working with Human Spaceflight hardware.
• Experience reading, understanding, and interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Basic computer experience and competency.

• Familiarity with Electronic Work Order / Planning systems.
• Current skill certifications / training.
• Experienced with a calibration recall system.
• Experienced in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Familiar with ISO / IEC 17025, ANSI / NCSL Z540.1 / Z540.3, NASA Standard, and J Standard certifications.

Summary pay range: $53,550 – $72,450 USD.
