This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

- Develop and optimize production processes for Lunar core components which are Core Avionics assembled and tested.
- Design and implement workflow models, facility layouts, and resource plans to support scalable production operations.
- Conduct process simulations, time studies, and capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, schedule risk, and non-conformances in both hardware and operations.
- Support infrastructure planning for Blue feeder shops, and Lunar integration facilities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership regarding investment in automation, workforce allocation, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in precision machining, clean/non-clean assembly operations, and manufacturing engineering environments
- Strong knowledge of various electronic and electro-mechanical manufacturing and test processes including PCBA fabrication, J-STD and IPC standards for electronic manufacturing, ESD control, clean work area requirements, automated test, thermal test, HALT/HASS and vibration testing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, CATIA, Solid Works) and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Experience supporting programs/projects through the product development lifecycle
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing/operations, specifically with launch vehicles or spaceflight electronic and electromechanical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing process improvement initiatives.
