Lockheed Martin Space seeks a full-time, level 1 entry-level Material Planning Team Member to join our mission supporting the FBM Program in Titusville, FL. In this role, you will support planning and material management activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate will possess knowledge of planning principles, supply chain management, and/or manufacturing operations, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role you will:
* Support the Material Requirements Planning Team in material transactions
* Generate Purchase
Requisition s and work closely with Subcontracts, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering and Project Engineering on the procurement of support equipment
* Interface daily with internal and external customers to communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable partners
* Support proposal and planning efforts for SE Material Planning
* Create metrics and products to track and status Support Equipment PR status
Basic Qualifications:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a government security clearance

* Experience creating charts and providing status updates
* Prior education/teaching experience preferred
* Experience analyzing and understanding/interpreting drawings or schedules
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience working with diverse teams
* Strong organization skills
* Fundamental knowledge of planning principles
* Acute awareness and attention to detail
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and should be able to operate in a fast paced, team-based environment
