Actively seeking a hands‑on, highly visible Director of Finance to lead finance for a recently renovated, multi‑roof luxury resort. This executive reports to the GM and oversees the Controller, Assistant Director of Finance, and an 8‑member finance team.

• Lead property‑level financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Oversee accounting operations through the Controller; ensure accurate reporting and strong controls
• Manage capital and renovation financials; partner with executive leadership on business planning
• Mentor and develop talent through leadership programs

• Director‑level finance experience at a resort or comparable multi‑roof luxury property (400+ room equivalent complexity)
• Experience with villas/rental pool/property management, large F&B operations (11 outlets), and leisure amenities (golf, tennis, spa, pools)
• Proven renovation financial oversight and strong culture‑building leadership
• Warm, approachable, hands‑on leadership style
• NOT a fit: single‑roof urban/airport hotel backgrounds without resort complexity
• Base $140,000–$160,000 + up to 30% bonus; executive relocation package and full executive benefits
