FP&A Analyst

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to understand Financial Statements
• Ability to obtain a clearance

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Financial modeling of Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash and analyzing performance of the actuals to the Long Range Plan and latest forecast
• Managing Overhead and Service Center budgets and expenditures
  
  Supporting Monthly Forecast Updates, Quarterly Financial Reviews, and Annual Long-Range Planning cycles
• Ad hoc analysis and assignments as required

• Financial modeling / FP&A experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Proven effective analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment and handle complex assignments
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
• Works effectively independent and as part of a team
• Experience with Hyperion or other applicable planning systems
• 2+ years of related finance experience
• Secret clearance
