Job Details:

• Must have 2+ years of nursing experience with 1:6 patient ratio experience required

• Care for PCU level patients requiring higher acuity monitoring and interventions

• Work every other weekend with floating required within scope of practice

• Orthopedic and total joint replacement nursing care experience strongly preferred

• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale

• Must have Florida or compact RN license in hand

• No local candidates - must be greater than 30 miles from facility

• Mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week)

• Complete approximately 4 hours of modules prior to start date

• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations

• Experience required with telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips (no titration), dysrhythmias, CVA care, and chest tubes

• Must be comfortable working with COVID-positive patients

• Holiday requirements: work 1 eve and 1-2 holidays depending on assignment length

• Strict attendance policy: 3 call-outs result in termination

• Schedule changes may occur with 48 hours notice

• Any scrub color acceptable with free parking provided
