IT Generalist

Compensation: $34.65/Hour

Schedule: 4x10 (Mon-Thurs)

• Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools.
• Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure
• Operating system expertise with Windows
• Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
• Set up and configure PC's
• LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups
• Strong ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus), and network experience
• Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards
• Demonstrates excellent customer service
• Extensive j ob-related MS Office suite and outlook usage

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Security Clearance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation s ystems such as Windows
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting

• Prior experience with MacOS and Unix/Linux

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
• Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
