Position:
Sr. Manager – Value Stream Order to Cash

• Global Template Deployment
  :
  Implement the pre‑defined global Value Stream process template across regions and business units, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards. Lead deployment within S/4
  
  HANA, avoiding customizations unless required by legal or regulatory requirements, and keep design decisions aligned with SAP Clean Core principles.
• Leadership & Collaboration
  :
  Lead cross‑functional teams including business SMEs, IT, SAP consultants, validation experts, and system integrators. Collaborate with other value stream leads to ensure fully integrated end‑to‑end process design, and act as the key interface between business units, program leadership, and technical teams.
• Solution Delivery & Validation
  :
  Responsible for detailed solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy (including GxP and CSV compliance), and business process walkthroughs. Lead testing activities including Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation in alignment with SDLC.
• Change Management & Training
  :
  Collaborate with the Change Management team to drive user readiness and adoption of the global Value Stream template. Support creation and delivery of training materials and process documentation tailored to regulated users and business partners.

• Education
  :
  University level degree in quality, business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience. MBA preferred.
• Required Experience
  :
  Minimum of 8 years in GxP‑compliant environment, deep knowledge of Value Stream processes (commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, revenue recognition), solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility strategies, strong leadership and partner engagement skills, familiarity with CSV, SDLC, GXP, and ability to travel up to 30%.
• Preferred
  :
  Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry and proficiency with SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules relevant to the Value Stream (Sales and Distribution, Credit Management, Billing), Fiori, Solution Manager.

Pay range: $ – $.

• Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours in Colorado, 56 hours in Washington)
• Holiday pay and floating holidays: 13 days per calendar year
