• Lead all Data AI Platforms initiatives.
• Create Data AI Platforms strategy.
• Implement and improve current Data Platforms and Data products.

• Create and support the Data Semantic Layer and provide data to all AI initiatives.
• Lead Data Quality initiatives and Data Quality Platforms.
• Lead the MDM Master Data Management initiative and Customer Data Master.
• Lead multiple teams, including the Data AI Platforms/One Data Platform Team, Master Data Management / Customer 360 team, Marketing Data team, and Data Quality Team.
• Act as the key "go to" contact within the StAT organization for data platforms, data semantic layer, and MDM related needs, queries, and issues.

• Lead data platforms onboarding, change‑management, issue resolution, and data integration projects—build project plans, perform validation, and drive organizational change activities.
• Lead data platforms‑centric projects to resolution through resource management, execution, and communication (e.g., data onboarding, data events/disruptions).
• Collaborate with internal business partners on data platforms validation and data coordination activities for both field‑based incentive compensation and internal reports/systems (sales forecasting).
• Engage business process owners to align on mitigation action plans for data events/changes on commercial operations processes (e.g., Incentive Compensation, Sales Forecasting).
• Responsible for leading annual data platforms budgets for the assigned portfolio, building purchase orders, and collaborating with finance, procurement, and business owners on spend supervision.
• Maintain an inventory of data platforms and products and promote organizational awareness of data use in relevant use cases.
• Participate in the evaluation of new data platforms that may provide new insights, competitive advantage, and guide future data strategy.
• Ensure vendors align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through data quality, timely delivery, error reporting, resolution time frames, and account services.

This position is located in Titusville, NJ with consideration to be in Horsham, PA.

• Validated experience of 15+ years in roles related to data platforms, AI, MDM, analytics, insights, or other commercial excellence areas within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in AI, Math, Business, Technology, Data, Physics, Analytics, or Health Sciences (required).
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of data AI platforms/products and expertise in using pharma industry syndicated/secondary data from leading vendors—IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, SPP, patient claims, RWE/HEOR, IDN/ACO Affiliations.
• Previous experience in establishing and leading data platforms and partnerships with external vendors.
• Strong grasp of data platforms, data analytics, AI, and machine‑learning concepts and their application to business operations.
• Knowledge of data querying/business intelligence tools and systems that allow effective management of large data sets (required).
• Proficient in data sources/products and expertise in using Pharma industry syndicated/secondary data from leading vendors—IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare, American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), Specialty Pharmacy, etc.
• Preferred experience utilizing MDM toolsets such as Informatica, Reltio, and their appropriate application within an MDM solution.
• Strong analytical toolkit, including modern business intelligence tools and infrastructure that allow effective management of large data, proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Preferred experience in Tableau and/or PowerBI.
