The role focuses on precision plastics, including drug-delivery systems and single-use technologies, and/or packaging.

Key Responsibilities

Support market-engagement events by designing supplier questionnaires and cost-transparency templates and by conducting detailed bid analyses to inform sourcing decisions.

Develop and refine material and product cost structures to support market-movement forecasting, budgeting, and supply-disruption analysis.

Equip Procurement category teams with fact-based negotiation strategies, cost insights, and supporting analysis for supplier discussions.

Build cost-engineering capability across Supply Chain Procurement and business partners by delivering training on should-cost principles, supplier cost transparency, supplier financial analysis, and related negotiation applications.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
