Production Control Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Titusville, FL. This role supports manufacturing and production operations by coordinating materials, tracking work order status, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure production priorities are clearly communicated across departments.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused production environment. The Production Control Coordinator will work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Production Control, and Supply Chain teams, making this a valuable role for someone looking to build a long-term career path in manufacturing, operations planning, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.

• Communicate daily with internal departments to support production requirements, priorities, and accurate work order status updates.
• Coordinate the locating, issuing, staging, and delivery of materials and inventory to appropriate production areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using computerized inventory systems and manual filing processes.
• Support the development and publication of induction and production plans in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Work with departmental representatives to resolve issues related to parts, components, materials, or equipment availability.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and maintain a high level of accuracy in all assigned tasks.
