Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site | 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour

We are looking for a dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Titusville, Florida.

In this role, you will assemble sub-fractional gear motors using hand and power tools. You will follow work instructions, check parts for quality, and make sure finished products meet our standards.

This is a hands-on job in a manufacturing setting. You will need to work at a steady pace, follow safety rules, and work well with others.

Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Assemble gear motors at a work station or on a production line.

Use hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers and drills.

Follow written and verbal work instructions.

Check parts and components for defects or damage.

Inspect your work to make sure it meets quality standards.

Report defective parts or other problems to your supervisor.

Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.

Keep your work area clean and organized.

Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.

Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor, manager, or Human Resources.

Help your team meet department and company goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Willingness to learn how to assemble gear motors to company standards.

Ability to work well with others.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to sit or stand for long periods during your shift.

Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the job.

This is a hands-on job in a manufacturing facility.

Employees must follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.

Our facility is air-conditioned.
