• Provide nursing care for patients in a high‑acuity mixed unit, including Med Surg, Med Surg Telemetry, and PCU.
• Monitor and manage patients’ conditions using telemetry.
• Utilize rapid response team skills as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech.
• Participate in the clinical orientation week, committing to 5 shifts during the first week.

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in a high‑acuity setting.
• ACLS, BCLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
  
  Strong telemetry experience with a 1:6 patient ratio.
• Experience with total joint replacement and rapid response teams preferred.
• Current Florida or compact RN license required.
