Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour (based on experience) + shift differentials

Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance, while preserving dignity and comfort.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families to foster a welcoming, home‑like atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas in accordance with facility standards.
• Record and communicate changes in condition, care provided, and resident needs clearly and promptly.
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality, individualized care.
• Encourage and assist residents with activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well‑being.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Florida
