Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, reporting concerns and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel;
Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and following Allied Universal standards for assigned patrol duties
