Full Time Pay Rate: $18.59 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
* Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and follow site procedures for restricted areas, deliveries, and contractor access.
* Support operational continuity by reporting hazards, equipment issues, and policy violations, and by assisting with evacuations, alarms, and other security-related or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
* Be at least 21 years of age.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* CPR certification is preferred.
* Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
