As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Services in Titusville, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will use technology to document observations and support a professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to aerospace and defense-related facilities, verify credentials and authorization, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and prepare clear, accurate reports.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or facility concerns.
• Support the protection of sensitive business operations and assets by following post orders, maintaining confidentiality, and escalating security-related concerns through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
