Service Technician II; Assistant Maintenance

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position). Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our 216-unit apartment community located in Titusville, FL. Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As a Service Technician II, you keep residents happy by repairing apartments and appliances quickly and professionally, ensuring a satisfying experience for all residents.

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm;
Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 6 weeks for emergencies.

• At least 1 year of experience in on‑site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑service‑oriented environment.
• Availability for weekends as circumstances warrant; on‑call every 6 weeks for emergencies.
• Valid FL Driver’s License.

• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues, including but not limited to:
  • A/C and heating systems
  • Electrical and plumbing

  • Tile, carpet, flooring
  • Ceiling leaks
