Job Overview
Associate Director, AI Capabilities Execution, located in Titusville, NJ. This role reports to the Director of AI Capabilities Execution and is responsible for driving, executing, and embedding AI, data, and analytics capabilities across commercial pharmaceutical channels.
Key Responsibilities- Drive current and future AI capabilities to enhance omnichannel orchestration across J&J NA Pharm, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in marketing, sales, media, data, and analytics.
- Execute and deliver the multi‑year Engagement.
AI Digital roadmap to scale AI integration into owned and paid digital media channels. - Lead business impact analysis, ensuring appropriate cost‑benefit and ROI assessments of capabilities.
- Develop and implement change‑management strategies, collaborating with senior leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals, define scope, assess risks, and create detailed change plans.
- Implement program management and governance for capabilities and execution, coordinating with commercial leadership including sales directors, marketing leaders, and steering committee members.
- Collaborate across business units and partner with JJT to identify opportunities to embed capabilities and accelerate growth.
- Build a culture of continuous learning and improvement, fostering experimentation and innovation while minimizing risks.
- Identify capability opportunities and gaps that need strengthening or future‑proofing of the organization.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or PhD preferred. - 6+ years of experience in commercial health care or commercial pharmaceutical operations and execution.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media activation or omnichannel orchestration with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape.
- Strong expertise in program governance, change management, and embedding data, analytics, and technology capabilities within commercial pharma or health care operations.
- Proven record of leading, coaching, and developing others with or without authority.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and Agile methodology skills.
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills in a highly matrixed environment.
- Working knowledge of applying AI/ML solutions to business needs.
- Preferred: 3+ years of direct experience in customer‑facing sales, marketing, or related roles.
- Deep understanding of commercial analytics and best practices for embedding new capabilities into commercial operations.
Up to 10% domestic travel required.
CompensationBase pay range: $137,000 to $235,750 USD.
