Job Overview
Software Engineer will be involved in all phases of the software engineering process including capability/requirements definition directly with the customer, design, development, test, and demonstration of applications utilized for long‑range program planning. In addition to development activities, the Software Engineer will also be required to support the program planning team in troubleshooting issues, debugging software, and employing continuous improvement methodology.
Basic Qualifications- Full stack or front‑end web development experience (HTML, CSS, JS, PL/SQL)
- Experience with Oracle software development including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes
- Experience programming in Python
- Experience with Agile Development and collaboration tools (JIRA)
- Full Secret Clearance required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
- Recognized certification CompTIA Security+
- Experience working with parquet and time‑series data design/storage
- Experience with Digital Engineering (MBSE, Digital Twins, etc.)
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments
- Experience with version control software
- Excellent project documentation and communication skills
- Experience with Oracle front‑end development using Oracle Forms or APEX
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Top Secret.
Onsite full‑time: work will be performed on‑site at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule:
9x80 with every other Friday off. Other alternate work schedules are available.
