CNC Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our client based in the Mid Devon district

Contract:
Permanent, 40 hours per week
Salary: £32,000–£36,000 per annum (paid overtime available)
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with and carry out commercial biomass boiler installations and project work nationwide
* Provide technical support to Treco operations staff
* Complete detailed snagging lists and commissioning reports
* Assist with compiling parts lists where required
* Diagnose faults and attend breakdowns
* Build and supervise boiler installations
* Produce detailed breakdown reports with recommended actions and required parts
* Ensure all installation work is carried out in accordance with issued design drawings, documenting any deviations
* Undertake pre-commissioning checks as required
* Provide technical support to customers via telephone and on-site visits
* Carry out meter changes in line with RHI/Ofgem requirements, including supporting documentation and images
* Service and maintain boilers as required
* Accurately assess labour and parts required for servicing and repairs
* Conduct risk assessments for all site visits
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Supervise junior staff where applicable
* Maintain a professional and positive representation of the Treco Group
* Complete timesheets, expense forms, and mandatory training
* Follow company processes and procedures
* Maintain company vehicles and tools in good working order
* Work away from home during the week when required
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Mechanical or electrical engineering background
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Good written and spoken English
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
Skills & Qualifications
* Welding experience
* IPAF and/or PASMA licence
* Biomass boiler experience
