The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a practical, detail‑focused Fabricator to join our team  you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy working in a hands‑on environment, and want to contribute to British agriculture through quality steelwork, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing daily fabrication tasks with care and efficiency
  • Delivering high-quality work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reporting equipment faults and supporting workshop safety
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety‑conscious workspace
  • Following company procedures and health & safety regulations
  • Supporting other duties as needed and contributing to a positive team environment
About You
  • Practical experience in fabrication or welding
  • Experience working in a workshop or yard environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings would be beneficial
  • Understanding of welding techniques and equipment
  • Awareness of health & safety regulations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in workmanship
