• Preschool, daycare, or early childhood settings
• School paraprofessional or classroom aide roles

• Behavioral health, ABA, or human services support
• Coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or academic support
• Strong customer service or leadership roles involving children

• Leading engaging Pre‑K instruction through play‑based and structured learning
• Supporting early literacy, math readiness, and STEAM activities
• Implementing Creative Curriculum in developmentally appropriate ways
• Encouraging positive behavior and emotional development
• Creating a safe, consistent, and welcoming classroom environment
• Partnering with families and collaborating with a dedicated teaching team

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• CDA or early childhood coursework is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must successfully pass background screening
