As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful learning experiences while helping children build the skills, confidence, and independence they'll carry with them for years to come.

• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities through play and exploration
• Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development
• Encourage positive behavior and growing independence

• Want to grow professionally in Early Childhood Education
• Value being part of a team where people support one another

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to meet required background screening requirements
