Patient Care Technician II

Job Requirements

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from end-stage renal disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or, if applicable, other state-accepted certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
