Job Description
Brookdale Sakonnet Bay is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for its Assisted Living and Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing) locations.

Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem – All Shifts
- 3p‑11p – Full Time (Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000; Shift Differential: $2.00 /hr)
- 11p‑7a – Part Time (Sign‑On Bonus: $500; Shift Differential: $3.00 /hr)
- Per Diem – All Shifts
Weekend Shift Differential: $2.00 /hr additional.

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Assist with activities of daily living (shower, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
- Successfully complete required State CNA/STNA course and maintain certification.
