- Residential Sales Negotiator Residential Sales We are seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator to join our highly successful and award-winning Tiverton office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a similar role (experience preferred but not essential) who wants to build a career with a dynamic and respected estate agency.
The Successful Candidate
** Key Responsibilities
*** Ideally, a proven track record in residential sales
* An outgoing and confident personality
* A driven, proactive approach to work
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent MS Office skills
* A full UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle
