IGT is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and service gaming equipment at Retailer locations. You will respond to dispatches, travel within a defined zone, and install, remove or repair lottery equipment and communications devices.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, testing game systems, and documenting all work. You’ll train customers on operations and follow safety rules while representing IGT professionally.
