- Prepare renewal offer letters and other related documents.
- Send reminders and make phone calls to tenants as part of follow up / monitoring of renewal cases.
- Respond to phone and written enquiries from tenants
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Staff should have knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office.
Salary: $15 per hour
Location: Toa Payoh
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm;
Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Duration: 3 months to 1 year
