About the job Manager, Partnership (Toa Payoh)
Contract duration: 1 year
Working hours: TBD, 42 hours/week
Job Scope- Develop Partnerships. Collaborate with organisations to co-create and support initiatives that address the evolving needs and aspirations of youth in Singapore.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to build trust-based relationships that enhance youth engagement and development outcomes.
- Grants Management. Administering relevant grants that provide essential support to youth sector organisations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
- Experience in managing funding schemes, including application processes, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
- Familiarity with youth trends, challenges, and opportunities in Singapore's social landscape.
- A strong sense of integrity and commitment to upholding transparent and responsible grant practices.
