Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Toccoa, GA
Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: In-person | Toccoa, GA
Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.
Responsibilities- Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with families and clinical team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Active RBT certification (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to work with children with autism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, special education, or behavioral health
- Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress)
