Role Description
The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support and assistance for desktop computers, hardware, and software systems in a full-time, on-site capacity at our client location in Jackson County, GA. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and repairing computer hardware, resolving help desk tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The technician will engage with users to provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications- Proficiency in working with desktop computers and performing computer repairs
- Strong skills in technical support and troubleshooting
- Experience in providing help desk support and assisting end-users
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Prior experience in IT support roles is highly beneficial
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft are a plus
