The Wickaninnish Inn is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager for the Ancient Cedars Spa, a Relais & Châteaux property recognized for Forbes, Michelin, AAA Diamond and Travel & Leisure. You will learn and grow within a storied West Coast spa team, guiding service excellence and staff development.
You will lead by example, support the Spa Manager in day‑to‑day duties, manage HR tasks, budgets and SOP implementation, and ensure top guest experiences across shifts, including evenings and holidays.
