Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure personalized guest service meets industry standards

• Assist the Spa Manager with team oversight and support

• Handle receptionist tasks, including bookings and cash management

• Maintain knowledge of spa services and retail products

• Facilitate training and provide guidance to Spa Team Members

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in spa or full-service hotel

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of spa product lines is an asset

• Proficient in Spa Soft, Maestro, and Microsoft applications

• Commitment to the position for a minimum of two years
