Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

• Prepare assigned month‑end journal entries and assist in monthly/yearly financial closings.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet General Ledger accounts and ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Support fixed asset tracking and maintain depreciation schedules.
• Assist with cost accounting and fixed cost analysis.
• Collaborate with senior accounting staff to assess internal controls and identify potential gaps.
• Participate in audit activities and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Work cross‑functionally to gather and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience using ERP financials or SAP is a plus.
• Recent college graduate or 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills and willingness to add value to an in‑person and dynamic team at our Toledo, Ohio site.
