Accounting Assistant, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Position Summary
The AP Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Leaf Home’s vendors are paid for services and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Review, sort incoming bills to be processed.
- Seek approvals from business by threshold.
- Data entry of bills.
- Communication and follow‑up with internal departments regarding invoices and billing.
- Audit credit card bills and expense report spending.
- Reconcile vendor statements and transactions.
- Contact vendors for missing invoices and statements.
- Process and maintain 1099 statements and distribute checks.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of accounts payable experience.
- Familiarity with financial software.
- Proven experience with data reporting, analysis, and operations research.
- Strong math and data entry skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
- College coursework.
- Accounting experience.
- No travel required (stationary work location).
- Overtime hours may be required based on business needs.
